First acciona.org project in the Philippines, Light at Home El Nido pilot project, benefits 119 households and 10 community centers with access to electricity from 2022. To evaluate the perception of the beneficiaries regarding the electricity service through solar home systems, acciona.org has conducted a satisfaction survey that shows the following results:

To carry out the survey, acciona.org had the participation of volunteers from its on-site volunteer programme, who went to the beneficiary households to collect the information to evaluate the success of the electricity service delivery model implemented with Light at Home.
