In 2021, we increased the number of people benefited through our programmes with 4,300 new users. Thus, by ending the year, 68,300 people, in 16,100 households, had had access to our projects of provision of energy, water & sanitation basic services in Peru, Mexico, Panama and, for the first time, Chile. These projects improve the living conditions at home, impacting positively on the human development socially, economically and environmentally.
