What do you know about the Luz en Casa Ngäbe-Buglé programme?

10/19/2020
  • Two years ago, acciona.org started the provision of the Luz en Casa electricity basic service in the Ngäbe-Buglé indigenous region, in Panama, having reached almost 900 households up to now.
  • acciona.org implements the Luz en Casa Ngäbe-Buglé programme in public-private partnership for development with AECID –the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation–.

In 2018, we started up the first systems of the Luz en Casa programme in the Ngäbe-Buglé indigenous region, in west Panama, where there are tens of thousands households living in extreme poverty and without access to basic services such as the electricity.

We release the next video to show the work we carry out in this area of Panama in public-private partnership for development with the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, which executes other projects in the region since some years ago.
