As Light at Home Pluriannual approaches completion, acciona.org Philippines seeks to procure a Consultancy for the Final Project Evaluation of the project “Light at Home Pluriannual”: Reducing Multidimensional Poverty and Vulnerability in Palawan through the Sustainable Provision of Electricity from Renewable Sources (File Code: AECID 2023/SPE/0000400084). The evaluation will assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the intervention across its full implementation period.
