After the good reception of the pilot project, and having again the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (so called AECID) as a partner, within a public-private partnership for development, we started the escalation of the Luz en Casa Ngäbe-Buglé Programme to continue bringing access to basic electricity service to the indigenous communities in west Panama.

Luz en Casa Ngäbe-Buglé 2019 provides more than 1,000 new families with access to reliable, sustainable and affordable electricity in their homes.

In addition, two Centros Luz en Casa are opened -in a reference locality for the communities-, where they can obtain the unblock codes for the systems and repair service, bought of compatible electric devices or advice about any related issue.
